The remarkable Adele Searll 100 Club held their latest meeting at a private viewing of the gardens of icon Ina Paarman’s home. This was without a doubt one of the best Adele Searll’s events where we were all treated to a fascinating trip down memory lane where the modest Ina spoke of her journey and path to success and how she, her late husband, and her son Graham have built the Ina Paarman brand.

Helen Zille’s discussion of “wokeness”, “critical race theory” and her book “#Stay Woke: Go Broke” made for a really interesting talk.

A vote of thanks from all who attended the enlightening talk by Tim Harris. Great to know and see in figures just how strong the economy of the Western Cape is – a good basis to start from in the post COVID era, hopefully soon.
